​This project introduces a unique public garden that offers a rich, multi-sensory experience in the heart of the urban fabric. Sculpted lawns flow into a series of intimate pocket gardens, creating a dynamic rhythm of open and secluded spaces. At its center stands a café pavilion overlooking the entire landscape — a lively focal point and gathering place. The entire park is constructed on a raised platform above a five-level underground parking facility, designed to provide a high standard of service and accessibility. The result is a layered landscape that seamlessly integrates nature, community, and advanced urban infrastructure.
